For our employees
We will embrace a working culture that's as innovative as our products. That means doing things differently in everything we do. So here's what we will build, and what you can hold us to as a future member of our team.
Unlimited days off - there's no clocking in, and there's no limitation of just two-to-three weeks off in a year, but there will be a mandatory switching off! We are not output focused (putting in 40 hours a week) - we are outcome focused and results orientated.
That means placing maximum trust in the team we build to care enough for what and why they are working with us to never count their days in or out of the office. Passion comes from freedom. The idea that a team member dreds Mondays, or rejoices on a Friday evening, is frightening to us.
Live & work from anywhere - Finding talent is hard work. So we aren't going to restrict ourselves or our team members by something as passe as geography.

Health coverage & insurance - Even as an early venture, the health of our team members is paramount. So we will aim to have policies that add value to everyone's life and wellbeing.
Our better halves - Women - We strongly believe that if you want to talk about gender equality, that means starting at 50% of our team being women. Companies that have gender diversity, often times naturally cultivate diversity in other forms too.
Just one more thing on women - We believe women and the success of our venture are inseperable, so we are going to ensure that at least 50% of our advisors are woman, and that our board is made up of at least 50% of women too.
